Raw Vermont Wildflower Honey

This is 100% pesticide free Raw Vermont Wildflower honey from our 'Invisible Cities' Apiary.  It is simply the most beautiful, and environmentally responsible honey available. It is produced by Master Bee Keeper, Kirk Webster, in Addison County in the Chamaplain Valley of Vermont.  We have utmost respect for Kirk, his practices, and his endless passion and drive to take on the complex issues which threaten bees and our grander ecosystem.  
 
This raw honey is unpasturized, and thus retains enzymes, traces of wax and pollen, which figure into its flavor and healthful properties.  Bees from these colonies produce a light, buttery honey that remains liquid in warmer temperatures and crystallizes to a creamy, butterscotch consistency.
 
This is also the honey we use to make our line of pouring honeys (Ginger Honey, Turmeric Honey, and Elderberry Turmeric Honey)
